Company History  

Cynamic Chemical Company started out as a chemical manufacturer for national retail accounts in 1960. In 1985 Daley International purchased all of the assets of Cynamic Chemical Company.  

In 1989 Cynamic Chemical Company merged with Express Clean Systems, a cleaning management company. Express Clean System traces its roots back to 1962 starting out as a janitorial cleaning company and in the early 1980’s started the transition into a management company specializing in supermarkets and retail chains.  

After the merge in 1989 Cynamic Chemical became Cynamic Industries, and changed the total focus of the core business to a complete full service cleaning Management Company.  Cynamic Industries is headquartered in Holland Michigan with regional offices located through out the United States.  

In 2003 Cynamic Industries took over the operations of Hi Tech Commercial Services, a full service provider of customized janitorial maintenance services to mass retailers and supermarkets. Located in San Antonio Texas.

Complimenting its services Cynamic Industries working in conjunction with Daley International also began offering a full line of cleaning chemicals, floor care equipment and janitorial supplies to its customers and sub-contractors at reduced pricing.  

Since 1989 Cynamic has become an industry leader in managed care, due to many factors; the vast experience of being a janitorial cleaning service and the resources of Daley International; our parent company using the best products and equipment, gives Cynamic an edge over the competition.
